Clinker grinding processing:
Clinker grinding is the stage in which the final product stage in cement production ,it is independent of each other. In this stage, the cement clinker is added with an appropriate amount of the mixed material ,it is be ground to produce finished cement.
The electric motor drives the disc through the reducer, and the hot air enters the vertical roller mill from the air inlet. The material falls from the feeding mouth to the center of the disc. Because of the centrifugal force, the material moves from the center of the disc to the edge of the disc. Grinding roller crushed, crushed material continues to move to the edge of the disc until the wind ring at the air flow away, and large particles of material and fell to the disc to continue to crush. The airflow through the upper part of the material separator, the role of the guide vane, the rough material from the cone down to the disc, the fine powder along with the air out of the mill, the dust collector system to be collected powder For vertical roller mill grinding out of the product. The material is dried in contact with the gas in the housing to achieve the desired dry and wet product. By adjusting the angle of the guide fan blades and the rotor speed of the separator, can achieve the required product thickness.

This project was built by Xinxiang Great Wall. This project was started in June 2016 and finished and went into operation in November 2016, the output of a single mill per hour is 50t with the specific surface area of 450㎡/kg, and all parameters reach the designed requirements. The demand of the nickel slag powder produced by this project exceeds the supply, so the client praise Xinxiang Great Wall for its high-quality equipment, advanced technology and good construction.

The raw materials are first put into elementary-crushing machine jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to the secondary-crushing machine for secondary crush.
The secondary products will be separated into two kinds by the vibrating screen. The parts satisfying the standard of the Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher will be conveyed to the VSI sand-making machine and the other parts will return to the secondary-crushing machine.
The parts into the sand-making machine will be the crushed by sand making machine and discharged products will be stored directly as final products. Or some will be washed by SBM sand washing machines if producers would like to produce higher grade clean products.

The causes of deformation of the kiln shell
1. Over-high output increases the wear of kiln mouth shell, and causes the overheat deformation of the kiln shell.
2. The heat flow is too large but the cooling zone is short, and the working environment of the kiln mouth is poor.
3. The cylinder temperature is too high, the thermal expansion is large, while the strength of the high temperature resistant materials is seriously attenuated.
4. The guard bolts at kiln mouth are loosen, so that the refractory materials fall off, and thus the shell is burnt.
5. Improper handling during burning contaminated soil causes severe corrosion of the cylinder shell.
6. The corrosion of sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine on the kiln shell reduces the thickness and strength of the kiln cylinder, also reduces the plasticity of the steel and increases the brittleness of the steel, which may lead to brittle failure of the kiln cylinder.

It can be concluded that it is very necessary to regularly detect the running condition of the components, and timely find problems, to improve the economic benefits of the enterprise, and effectively extend the service life of the equipment!

Chaeng environmental friendly lime kiln

Recently, the number of advisory customers for Great Wall Machinery lime kiln is increasing especially gains more attention from many building materials factories, after put into production of annual output of 400,000 tons lime production line, which is Great Wall contract to build for Guangxi Huayan.
It is reported, at present, there are a lot of lime production line were built in domestic, their common features are output in 200-300 tons per day, running in good condition in the later, ideal for build in small and medium lime enterprises, for example, Guangxi Huayan with capacity of 300 tons per day .

From the form above, the electric emission of vertical roller mill is 33kwh/t, compared with ball mill, lower 16kwh/t,the lower ratio is 33%. At the same time, the capacity will raise 30% and the cost lower 80%.
